After understanding what the problem was we moved forward with the creation of an e-commerce website as a solution to help solve the challenges of a small business. We not only saved the client time and money, we also pitched in a solution on an inventory problem and implemented it.

We provided a dashboard so the client can see a high level overview on the performance of the business and implemented automated ordering system that utilized lean manufacturing practices.
