A manufacturer in Rockford, IL contacted us in need of help with implementing a system for monitoring it's manufacturing press equipment. We identified various problems that were occurring with the current manual system. The proposed solution was to digitize the operations and put the data into a database and create a SCADA system so that engineering can have a "real time" view of operations. The project turned out to be a great success and is currently being used after years of its implementation.
